I have to agree w/ the below posts! I love my KR-6030. It sounds great and has a classy appearance: real wood housing and brushed aluminum face. The wood polishes up really nice, too!

I am not exacly an audiophiliac-super-expert, but this is a great, solid receiver that should last forever...with the appropriate care! It has never had any need for work (prob could use a good interior cleaning, though) and is still running strong after 25 years.

I call it a "blue-collar" machine. It's tough, it works well, and it is built to last.
