KLH Sixes?

Not that it really matters -- all of the Kloss-era KLH are pretty good.

The usual caveats to the Six: XO capacitors will likely be bad (even to the point of rendering the tweeters mute) and the surrounds on the woofers should be recoated to ensure air-tightness to the sealed enclosure. There's plenty of info online on the right product to use.
Failed tweeters aren't terribly uncommon, either (see below).

Oh, of course, the other caveat: very early versions have the woofers built-in-place and are a bit more challenging to service/rehab.

If you live in Northern New England, I can give you a pair for cheap, or even for free (the definitely for free pair having one mismatached tweeter)! They seem to accrete here; I don't know why...
