Done properly? Either the capacitor is installed correct polarity or it does not work. Perhaps only installing some caps vs all caps could be an issue when advertised all new capacitors installed. I rebuilt one vintage SS receiver for sale and I was lucky to cover the capacitor cost with my labor was worth zero. Never again.
