Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

So... how do you feel about the PWM ("Class D") amp modules, then?

EDIT: I am referring to the modern cadre of PWM boards -- not , e.g., those made & sold in the 'sixties by Sir Clive Sinclair ;)

Some of the current "Class D" boards are held to be pretty ( ahem ) high-end and seem to garner rave reviews. Some of them are also... shall we say... not inexpensive .

all the best,
mrh
