roof top antenna with swivel motor is the way to go, never had the opportunity myself through.
I miss sealed acoustic suspension speakers! Even the little Boston Acoustics A40s sounded wonderful.
And nice room! Reminds me a lot of the setup I had in apartment on 30th and Cabrillo in the city for 15 years of so. Parquet hardwood floors, fireplace, bay windows, etc. Very similiar. I might still be there but owner wanted it for his grandchildren and I got the boot.
In the richmond district, away from the main drags, you could hear a pin drop most days and nights. Nice and quiet back then.
I could not afford to live in the safer areas of Coakeland however.
