RE: Dynaco Pas Hum

I like unusual problems. I hope you aren't getting too frustrated with this:

"pin 4 10 AC 95 DC" - This is weird, did you mean 9.5VDC? I suggest you re-measure this. If you are still seeing unexpected voltages measure pin 5 the same way. You should get about the same ACV, but the DCV should be 10 - 12VDC different than pin 4. The polarity doesn't matter. Either pin can have the higher DC voltage.

"pin 4 to 9 0 AC 0 DC Left channel" - This is also weird. 0 volts AC is fine, 0 volts DC is not, it should be between 5 - 6VDC. If you measure again and get the same thing. Swap that tube and try it again.

"pin 4 to 9 0 AC 5 DC Right channel" this is correct/what it should be

"pin 5 to 9 0 AC 5.3 DC" this is correct/what it should be

"pin 2 to ground 0 AC" and "pin 7 to ground 0 AC" These are fine. The hum isn't coming in through the grids and being amplified by the tube.
