RE: Dynaco Pas Hum

"I have 23v dc across F+ & F- and 11.2 at pins 4-5"

Is that 11.2VDC from 4 to 5? I recall you had measured pin 4, at 6 volts, referenced to ground. Has this changed? What are the DCV measurements at 4, 5, and 6 with reference to ground?

If you don't have a scope, you could measure ACV 4 to 5 and 4 to 6 and 5 to 6. This would tell you if the DC voltage is filtered to the heaters.
