RE: Dynaco Pas Hum

"Heater wires to board...11v AC to ground. 22v DC across." That's the hum you are hearing. Do you have a schematic for the PS board? If not, just follow the wires back, it should take you to one or two diodes and one or two electrolytics. Your problem should be right there. If you have any electrolytics around that are sufficient voltage, you can jump them across the existing electrolytics see if voltages correct and hum stops.

A thought, 120V or 240? Any chance transformer primary is wired for 120 and you are someplace with 240VAC?
