RE: JBL L100 ?

According to the Orion Blue Book, the Century L-100's in 1978 (final year) listed for $980.00 a pair. Inflation Calculator says: $3800.00 in 2018. The new ones got rid of the foam around the tweeter. If one orders from Music Direct at $4000.00 pr. with free shipping, that is right in the ballpark.
