Bozak 302A Urman grille replacement

Does anyone know how to remove the wood frame from the front of the Bozak 302A to gain access to the grille cloth? It looks like the frame is in front of the grille cloth assembly. I cannot fore the life of me figure this out. I want to remove the original gold grille cloth and put in some nice black cloth.
By the way, my wife likes the sound of the Bozaks better than some ESL's I have. They are quite amazing for their age. Rudy know what he was doing.
Its so sad the end of his career was evidently spent in some crappy small office somewhere.
