I upgraded to new Morel MDT-20's found inexpensively on eBay. The stock tweeter is OK the Morel is clearly better. This is a simple upgrade and well worthwhile in my opinion. I was able to quickly sell the stock tweeters helped pay for much of the cost.

Our A-25's are used in the living room for music, TV or Movies. If I were to use them for a dedicated system I would do as Airtime suggests.

FWIW my speakers are very early units in perfect condition with the vent located above the tweeter.

Please let us know what you end up doing and your thoughts.
