MC-60 design

I remember Bruce Rozenblit writing in one of his tube audio design books that the MC-60 design "humbles the best of us." Cathode windings that apply degenerative feedback, plates coupled to the opposite tube's screen grid, bootstrapping in the driver circuit, and a bunch of things I'm probably not remembering. It was all seriously cool for 1955... and for today.
