Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

RE: I waited a day to reply

Second the emotion on Fisher gear. I've been listening to Fisher receivers and speakers since my Dad and I bought our first system together in 1969. Solid state Fisher 200 with XP-60 speakers. I still use the speakers and I can't tell you how many times friends have commented on how wonderful clasical music sounds through them.
With help from the Asylum, I've restored several Fisher 500's and 800's, or I should say maintained them. The shear pleasure of listening to music, from a good source, and speakers that mate up well is a real simple and fulfilling pleasure. Fisher's equipment has provided me with hours and hours, over years and years of music appreciation. I've never tired of them and can't see that I ever will.
