Buzzing Power Tranny

I have a chance to pickup a tube amp that I've been looking for. According to the seller the power transformer buzzes 15 to 20 mins until it warms up before it stops. He's logged a 100 hours on it with no problems- his words. Is this a total Red Flag? Fixable problem?
