to the buyer, including all shipping charges. But, he refuses to communicate with me. So, I have no choice but to resolve through paypal, which mucks things up a bit.
I seriously am rethinking the use of paypal if it is so simple for someone to freeze my paypal account for whatever sum of money is involved.
