Paypal question...

So, I send a tuner across the country. The buyer paid with paypal. He freaks out because he thought I wasn't going to send it. It took me about 10 working days to ship it after receipt of paypal. The buyer enters a dispute with paypal. I sent tuner and he receives it. After a few days, I email him asking if he received, etc. He emails back and says the volume is low. I email back asking how it is connected, antenna, etc. He emails back saying he is tired of messing with it. I suspect he plugged the tuner into his speakers via an RCA cable or whatever. I emailed him telling him tuners do not have an amplifier and need to be run thru a pre/amp, integrated amp, or a receiver. He then files a claim with paypal. Paypal is asking for proof I sent the tuner.
At first, I was just going to send him a full refund but now I'm getting pissed off at him and paypal.
Any sage thoughts?
