RE: Marantz Consolettes done finally..

Hi Mike,

No way would I take out the oilers in the Marantz stuff! They are blue printed to original parts and Carbon Comp. resistor etc. too valuable to do otherwise.

I use low ESR Nichicon UPW 105deg. types for restuffing. For couplers in the model ones, I have enough bumblebees to re-install to original but in this case used K40s, Vitamin Qs and Mundorfs as the best combo to preserve the flavour but add extentsion and detail..I'll put the bumblebees back if I ever sell them ...not for a long while though!
