I'm not so sure it's the current spec. I've found a datsheet for a similarly named Sanken SV03YS that describes it as If=150mA, Vf=1.8 to 2.3V.The device is a small black bodied rectangle with no number markings on it. It's captively screwed down against the main transistor heatsink. I believe it somehow provides compensation for temperature extremes.
I did find this part for sale late last night. It looks to also be used in Pioneers and is called the same thing. It's $12.50 ea. and I'd like to replace both, so with shipping it's $30 for these two little guys. A bit expensive, but probably worth it unless I can find a cheaper more modern equivalent.
