No, more seriously, I thought this thread was about the crummiest preamps we've heard. So I threw in some commentary (call it "A word of thanks") regarding some of the parties that helped enhance our audio misery.
BTW, have you ever heard a High-End reviewer like Pearson make a public "mea culpa" about bum recommendations of trash that they made when they were, shall we say, young & stupid(as opposed to what they are now, which is old, senile, totally corrupt and utterly indifferent)?

I wonder if Harry still thinks the Infinity QLS is anything other than total garbage (I heard it, it is), or that those PS Audio preamps (or the utterly horrid ARC D-150 ampli-fire that he was so high on) were anything other than utterly inept engineering mistakes of absolutely no sonic virtue whatsoever, even in their own time...
