Hey, I'm looking for information on a Fisher 800, serial #12079C. I believe it's the first model of the 800 series, made in 1960-61. I found a schematic, but I need an Owner's Manual. I'm going to attempt to update the capacitors: audio coupling caps, change the electrolytic caps and replace the rectifier. Only other thing I'm having trouble with is adding resistors to the cathodes of the 7591 output tubes. An article I've read gives a value of 10-ohm, 1/4 watt; another article gives a value of 10-ohm, 1/2 watt. Has anyone who has made these up-grades give me some insight to this?
