Have you tried rotating the woofer by 180 and running it back in again? It sometimes works.Have you tried the A25's on another amp and exercised the I/C and speaker connections? I had a pair of 12" woofers I thought had sagged, but it turned out to be bad connections in the power amp causing LF noise on deeper notes which sounded just like rubbing voice coils.
