old wharfedale speaker set

Hello, im new here and was wondering if anybody could help me. I was at an auction saturday and i got two Wharfedale Delta 9 speakers and two wharfedale Delta 3 speakers. I wasnt for sure if they were good speakers are not but for $22.00 i couldnt pass them up as they looked like new. Well everything was good with the Delta 3's, but the Delta 9's have one tweeter that is not working.
1st. What are my choices for fixing the tweeter?
2nd. Are the speakers worth fixing?
3rd. When were these speakers made?
Thanks in advance for any info about these speakers!
p.s. I did try and look through the forums to see if any of these questions had been answered but never seen anything about these particular speakers.
