It DOES look like a Harman/Kardon. In fact...

... aside from the flipswitches on the front, it looks like my H/K model 630 receiver. My H/K has pushbuttons. Other than that, they're very similar. I'm guessing you got a rebadged & only slightly different H/K, which is an awesome deal for 20 bucks! My 630 is rated a very conservative 35 watts per channel. Below is a pic of the same model on eBay for comparison. The one in the pic has a few blown bulbs, so the tuning meter on the left side is invisible, but if you could see it, it looks just like yours. Mine's in a wood cabinet just like yours, as well. The HK 630 by the way, is a killer receiver. Sensitive tuner, huge sound, and it rocks the house! It's also built like a tank.
