Help getting Wharfedale W60s running

I picked up a pair of Wharfedale W60 speakers yesterday from the Salvation army ($10). I got them home and hooked them up. One tweeter isn't working. I opened them up and everything is still connected. How can I track the problem down? Any ideas will be much appreciated.
