Those look to be in pretty nice shape.If the motorola jacks( I think thats what they're called)are still secure with their mounting screws,I'd just solder up some new cables.Motorola jacks are the ones used for antenna connections on car radios, if I'm not mistaken.
I replaced mine because they had the screws ripped out.
