I had a VM reel-to-reel from about 64. It was a nice unit, but I mde the mistake of trading it in on a Sony 350, which was considered an upgrade at the time. VM made nice stuff, but occasionally suffered lapses in quality control. Hope your amp turns out well!Chuck
