Ten or fifteen years ago, I saw those cabinets at a garage sale. They were in a flat pack, and had never been assembled. The owner told me that in order to save on shipping costs, Wharfedale was assembling speakers in the United States.
They were very well built (always a hallmark of Wharfedale speakers), and nicely finished,. I almost bought them for a project, but we couldn't agree on the price.
