Not sure whether or not they are worth restoring as from what I have seen they are not worth all that much and the cost of repair would outstrip the value. Running 15" Tannoy Monitor Reds and these would only be something to play with. I also have a pair of Vitavox AK 124 that I would love to set up in an enclosure with a complimentary tweeter to see what they can do. Might just put the Wharedales to one side for now.
