RE: Wharfedale W70 to become subwoofer -

The responders are probably keeping me from doing something dumb. That's good :0)
Anyway, I was going to use an old 50W subwoofer amp that had a single RCA input and a level control. I now realize it was dedicated to a specific system (not universal) and the original 8" woofer may even have been dual voice coil. Or I was going to use my Mac MC2100 amp (use one channel with level control) that is sitting collecting dust.

Back to the drawing board.
