Home Vintage Asylum

Classic gear from yesteryear; vintage audio standing the test of time.

Good luck.

While providing seemingly prodigious bass for the time, remember that at that time a very powerful amp was somewhere in the neighborhood of 35 watts or so. Likewise, the bass it produced was more than adequate for the music recordings of the time, it wasn't as deep as one would want from a subwoofer.

It's a woofer, and a good one within it's design specs, but it's not s subwoofer. You may be sentencing it to death.
