Wharfedale Radio People Limited connecting?

I picked up some massive Wharfedale speakers (100 lbs ea.) they have a "Radio People Limited Hong Kong" badge on the back and a Wharfedale one on the front. I'm not really concerned about their manufacture - just that I can listen to them! There is a weird RCA type connection instead instead of screwing the wires on. It doesn't seem to be one that I've seen. The backs of the cabinet are extremely difficult to get off, so I'd rather find the cable than jury-rigging it if I can.
Anyone else have this problem?
