The "Wxx" series has many variations. On my W40C, I can simply pry the grille off.A trick I've found handy in "tightening" well used screw holes in wood and the like is to dip a toothpick into wood glue, inserting it into the screw hole and breaking it off at the surface. If it's very, very loose, do this more than once.
When you put the screw in, let it dry and it will be as tight as day one.
