It is an inductor (coil) and is part of the crossover. Hope you diagramed the crossover before pulling it apart since it or a replacement needs to fo back in. The spec is .35 millhenry. I'm not a crossover person but it probably is part of the tweeter circuir. Some replace the originals if they have a core with an aircore (no internal metal rod).
