RE: The DQ 10 Reconsidered Updated

I also owned a pair of DQ10's way back in the 90's. Maybe it was my amp/preamp combo at the time but I was never impressed with them. Bass shy and just didn't seem to do it for me. Had them serviced at a repair shop with no change so I ended up selling them to a guy in Pittsburg. He drove to Ohio and bought them. Before selling them I bought a pair of Maggie SMGC's and couldn't believe the difference from top to bottom with the same front end. Owned Magnepan ever since.

Might have been the music I listened to then which was mostly loud poorly recorded garbage rock&roll from the 70's and 80's. Some of it was recorded ok but alot of it was trash to my ears.
