I have one, but unfortunately/fortunately it's currently still attached to the preamp that came with it.Look up the Eico, Yahoo Group - very nice guy Richard hosts it -- they are very knowledgable about all things Eico, including where to possibly source parts like your faceplate. Richard sent me an extra lamp lens for my HF85, gratis, as he had one laying around -- comped the post from Hong Kong too, which was very gracious.
Contact them on the site and you'll get a p-word, etc. and can post your questions.
