I'm not a fan of Fisher phono sections. They are bass shy. To be fair, the mid-range is quite good.

Mikey, do you have ways of improving the bottom end of Fisher phono sections? My answer is tear the OEM circuitry out and put the tweaked RCA setup in. Top to bottom is good and it CAN drive recording equipment.
