The 80C is nothing special. There's two volume controls which, as another poster has pointed out, can be a pain in the ass.

Your question, though, is like asking "I have an option to buy a Mercedes 300D, is it good?" For comfortably conveying passengers on the highway, sure. For track racing, it's the shits. Around town acceleration is bad. If you're planning to haul a trailer, it's not the vehicle for you. See what I mean?

I'd suggest that you can google "Fisher 80c" as well as anyone on this group and determine the relative "goodness" of any particular model of equipment. If it were a gem someone likely would have pointed it out on the internet sometime between 1993 and now.
