Re: HF-81, tone control bypass

As I remember the bass is one 1 meg and the treble is 500k..You can put a resistor of those values accross the bass and treble controls and that will bypass them.That amp was designed with those values in mind for tonal equalization and if its just the fact you want to eliminate the noisy type controls,thats all you do..Dont forget you have to do it to the front and back of each control for both channels.
