I had one of those amps. It has the phase splitter's loads, coupling caps and the power stge grid leak resistor all rolled into a single device. One of mine failed in service. Build the concertina stage with discrete parts. 39k split loads, .1 uF/600V coupling caps, and 270k grid leak resistors. Made a vast improvement.It is one of the few comercial offerings I acquired that I regret selling.
