Re: AudiophileINRecovery & Hurricane....

..., you'll probably be better served by replacement woofers for your ESS speakers. Inherited these computer room ESS Model 10s when a friend's dad passed away several years ago. Replaced them stock woofs with reconed KLH Model 17s, & them pups now rock almost as as hard as them living room Celestion Vintage 30s(similar tonality too; guess Henry Kloss voiced his 17s after Celestion's Alnico Blues)! Eminence makes killer drivers, so try one of their 10" woofs. Unless yer adventurous & want kick-ass bass-n-mids to complement them ESS tweets. Then try Eminence's Ragin' Cajun guitar speaker instead! 70hz-5khz, 100dB sensitivity, $55 a pop via US Speakers. ... What's shakin', bakin', & quakin' up da hill there, Pappy 1st? Enuff cold-n-snow fer ya???
