I called them to see if they still had replacement 10" woofers still available for my ESS classics, and when I did reach them the second day of trying, the woman on the other end of the line sounded like she had no clue as to what I could be refering to. She said they don't have it, or are out of stock, and/or it won't be coming in. I was like, which is it? SO I said thanks and hung up.
