Anyone heard of IMF speakers or DBX ?

I have a chance to buy a pair of SCII IMF speakers but I know very little about them. The Cabs need refinshing but the components are sound. I have never heard of IMF before but from what I have found on the web they seem to be of nice quality. Also I think they have KEF Woofs. Also I am picking up a DBX 3BX expander. Any info on either of these would be helpfull.
