A friend of mine has a pair of Celestion Ditton 10 bookshelf loudspeakers. They seem to be in good working order- can anybody tell me if they are very rare or valuable? Also, they are rated at 15 ohms; what sort of amplifier would you use with something like that?
I've done a little searching on the internet, but without many results. From what I could find, it seems that this model is one of the first sucessful bookshelf speakers, and had substantial bass for the size and time. I found a couple of old ebay listings on google where a pair was being listed at 250 pounds or euros.
Any other information would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe
