Amps for Celestion inefficient speakers :D

Some of the best Celestion speakers, the SL700/SL600/Kingston are know for their inefficiency. I know some people said Accuphase matched very nicely with them. What other amps would be a good match? Would some of the old Mcintosh SS amp, like the 2100, or Threshold?
