I do not know those speakers specifically, but most "instrument" speakers have a tailored frequency response that is anything but flat. Also, low frequency extension is usually not a strength either. Guitar enthusiasts roll drivers the same way tube enthusiasts roll tubes. The Greenbacks are pretty famous and I'm pretty sure they have both a "bloom" and a roll-off frequency that gives them their particular sound. All that being said, if your application rolls them off sooner they might be OK. I would think that their freq. response should be on the web somewheres. Good luck,
