Strange Celestion Tweeters (PIC)

Can anyone help me here? Please take a look at the pic of the Celestion tweeters I bought at a thrift store today (OK, store was down the street from an appointment I had....why not drop in?)

They have long cords with a mini plug at the end, but since they are not shielded, they are not computer tweeters. These puppies are heavy, too...and they sound great. I went to the Celestion website but found nothing like them. There are no model numbers or anything to ID these except for the Celestion logo on the metal grill and the Celestion name/logo on the back.

Celestion makes a sub/sat system and perhaps these were part of an early version....I did not see a sub at the store.

What say you guys? (Sorry for the poor pic)
