How to power an Eico hf-61 mono preamp?

I have a non-self-powered hf-61 with an 8 pin input that's supposed to go to an eico hf-60 amp.
Any ideas on how to get power to it? I have the schematic (off the web) but don't know the voltages or have much tube tinkering experience (yet).
