I have both the A25's and the Smaller Advents. Both are nice but I actually prefer the A25's. I run mine off a Scott 299A (~15 watts/channel) and they sound great. I run mine on their sides.

The Dyna's
1) Don't require refoaming
2) Have veneer cabinets vs the cheezy Advent vinyl slacker coating
3) Have an upgrade path (I replaced my tweeters with the updated Seas 27TFFC tweeters which are a major upgrade in sound quality)
4) Are 8 ohm vs the 4 ohm Advents (some amps don;t like that)
5) Are slightly more efficient
