I've also used Sescom enclosures

The larger rack chassis have 4 small "L" brackets that hold the top, bottom, and sides together, in addition to the 4 extrusions. The "L" brackets prevent the top and bottom from drooping.

I agree that the enclosures are not too sturdy; the self-tapping screws and extrusions may need to be replaced after too many disassemble/reassemble cycles; and one needs to electrically wire the panels together.

The enclosures are very easy to work with since the panels are flat when disassembled. They're relatively inexpensive and look great! I've also found Sescom's customer service to be excellent.
