GIK Acoustics question

I'm doing some research on room treatments and came across GIK acoustics.
I like the service of providing photographs and the design form for room details; dimensions rugs, no rugs type of furniture, etc.
How many have used GIK acoustics with good results?
It seems that even filling out the form in detail and providing photos, it wouldn't be as accurate as actually having someone come to the house and analyzing the room.

I don't have a dedicated room. My listening area is actually my living room or great room.
Kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open space. There will probably be lots of echoing and reflections.
My ceilings are vaulted, close to 15 feet high, so what I've read is that I may not need any kind of paneling on the ceiling. But this is my first venture into doing this, so I'm at the starting point.
